MODULE ONE: Setting the foundation

This module is all about setting the foundation for your work through the Women’s Guide to Intentional Intimacy. You’ll explore things like why you are here and where you are wanting to go.

You will also be introduced to the Intentional Intimacy Pyramid, which consists of the 4 foundational principles of a healthy and fun intimate relationship full of ease for a love that lasts!

MODULE 2: Self Intimacy

This module is all about yourself. You may be tempted to skip this step; however, without a strong foundation within you, it's impossible to have a strong relationship with your partner inside the bedroom and out.

We will go over what you need to focus on within yourself, such as essential self-care and relationship balance, as well as how to be aware of what internal blocks get in the way, to ensure a strong foundation for relationship intimacy.

MODULE 3: Emotional Intimacy

This module will help you to understand the importance of emotional connection for sexual desire. You will learn about what blocks your emotional connection, including the negative attachment cycle that you might get caught in. You will also learn easy tools to increase emotional intimacy.

MODULE 4: Physical Intimacy

In this module, you will learn about the negative feedback loop that causes avoidance with physical intimacy and fuels disconnection. You will also receive specific tools on how to access the positive feedback loop for close and fun intimate connection. You will understand how to create a pressure-free atmosphere that is focused on pleasure to increase physical intimacy.

MODULE 5: Physical Intimacy

In this module, you will learn how the emotional and physical connection helps you to expand into the sexual intimacy realm confidently and easily. You’ll learn how to make sure your relationship has consistent sexual intimacy rather than being left in frustrating limbo-land.

You’ll create a fun-filled sexual relationship aided by tools based on your dominant desire-type, including how to transition into sexual intimacy and how to make sure that time together is fully satisfying for both you and your partner.

MODULE 6: Physical Intimacy

In the last but vital module, you’ll receive the essential tools to know how to keep the momentum of Intentional Intimacy going in your relationship for a love that lasts. This includes knowing the warning signs that you are getting off course and how to course-correct so you can easily get back onto the road of Intentional Intimacy.

Self Intimacy: Making sure you have a strong foundation within yourself: Self-love, Self-care, Self-understanding (wants, needs, triggers), Self-compassion.
